Have you ever wondered what I do when I'm not arting? Like what I do for money so I can art? The answer is I'm a research assistant...
BUT what I do as a volunteer is I'm the Editor-in-Chief of Ellipsis...A Journal for Undergraduate Research in the Humanities.
We launched our first volume today! It can be seen online here
I designed the website, wrote much of the content, completely compiled the journal and generally went crazy. I'd love for you to take a look at it. I'd love even more if you thought you might be able to submit a paper or help with our staff (though, I'm not sure how many of you are undergraduates...).
This is the blurb we used for the launch announcement:
The inaugural issue of
A Journal for Undergraduate Research in the Humanities
has just been launched!
is an online, international, peer reviewed journal and resource for undergraduate research in the Humanities.
Ellipsis... provides undergraduates with a place to publish, a place to learn, explore, and discuss new ways of looking at research.
is proud to present its first issue featuring research on subjects including literary analysis, archival studies, and philosophy.
invites you to take a look and join the discussion: ellipsis.mooreworks.net
