I started fooling around with the question of what made the Queen of Hearts so mad...It's ended up spawning way to many ideas, love triangles, and trips to insanity...as well as creating wonderland characters back when the queen of hearts would have just been a sweet simple school girl...


What transforms a sultry woman into a hookah smoking, philosophical waxing change driven lunatic?

Perhaps I'll write it all down and tell you one day, for now, a little snippet of her back story:

Catepillar is a courtesan in the Court of Hearts, brought to this 'wonder'land against her will she strives only to earn her wings, only to get to the point of the 'Metamorphoses' so that she can throw off the shackles and once again be free. The only problem is no one's made it through Metamorphoses in over 100 years...she knows she'll have to do whatever it takes--even if it means destroying her new bonds--to get to that point.
