I generally don't draw cats. I generally don't draw animals....so when I was asked to, I wasn't quite sure how it was going to come out...I like the vaguely untraditional palette of this one, I think it's a little blank on top and bottom, but really not sure what else to add.

Originally, the client* asked for a kitten with a Christmas ornament, but I had the hardest time ever imagined trying to draw that...this ended up instead. I later drew the kitten and ornament, but rather like this one too. Will send off to client as well.

*Client: My old anime club at university (I graduated) sells Christmas cards every year and ask if I'd contribute somethings--especially things that were cat related, since the charity they're working with is a cat rescue program.
